Not as well known program as Acronis or Genie Softs backup Manager Migo PC backup is a full featured backup utility that’s one of the only products we’ve reviewed that can do a complete system backup of everything (settings, OS, files, programs etc.).

Migo Backup offers incremental and differential backups to make things quicker when doing a scheduled or regular interval backup.

Using Migo PC Backup

Reviewers found no hiccups while installing Migo backup software. If you’re a novice you’ll likely find the complete PC backup point and click feature the easiest. Yes it takes a bit longer but there is no real configuring to have to deal with.

Beyond using the complete backup things get a little more confusing and you should know your way around windows applications. There is no ordered steps as to where to begin when making a backup and what to do next.

I liked how NTI Backup has the steps laid out for you, even for advanced users this just makes things.
go smoother.

Backing up and Restoring Files

From all reviews I read there was no mention that anyone had any issue with backing up files or restoring them. Also once you got the hang of the interface it was quite powerful and customizable.
Support and Help

Migo Backup has quite ingenious help functionality. The program itself offers the option to change your cursor to a question mark to get more information about any part of the application. Also there’s a built in help file. It has an index and search function capability.

Verdict on Migo Backup

This is a nice program, it does the job. How ever it doesn’t offer all the functionality of some of its’ competitors. For the money ($59.99) I think I would opt for Acronis True Image, or Genie backup manager.

The option for disaster recovery is great, and so long as you setup the feature it’s a great thing to have on hand in case anything bad every happened.
